Chanting sacred mantras is my love, my daily dedication, me harmonising myself with ancient voices and the vibrations of the
cosmos. Although my practice is mostly solo, when I chant mantra I feel whole, connected, expanded and infinite.
As a yogini I have taught and shared mantras over the last 30 years of teaching yoga.
I hope these sacred sounds illuminate your mind and heart as they do mine.
